Cultivation Team

Michael Szulborski

Michael Szulborski, began his career in Silicon Valley as a National Sales Manager for Ulveco, Inc., a manufacturer of OEM power supplies. In this position Mike developed new product lines with vendors in mainland China.  He left Ulveco to form his own power supply company, Advanced Power Solutions, Inc., and grew sales to over $150 million in annual revenue. 

 

Later, in 2008, Mike founded a power source company, NS Power, to support the gaming industry and grew sales to over $40 million in annual revenue.

After successfully selling both Advanced Power Solutions and NS Power, Mike pursued his passion for cannabis cultivation and relocated to the woods of Humboldt County where he purchased a 187 acre cannabis farm and grew both greenhouse flower and outdoor plant material. 

 

He and his team implemented an in-house seed production and genetics programs creating a highly-prized brand (3 Dudes).  In 2017 he formed America’s Best Cannabis with the goal of dominating the newly formed legal cannabis market in California.

Timothy Stickler

Timothy Stickler, after graduation from UC Berkeley and UC Hastings College of Law, Tim spend nearly a decade at one of California’s most prestigious corporate law firms focused on the representation of emerging growth technology and biotechnology companies.

 

For the past 12 years Tim has served in various in-house capacities, most recently leading a start-up biotechnology firm through several rounds of venture financing and multiple product launches, including a concentrated amino acid compound for soil remediation and plant growth.  

 

At ABC, Tim focusses on compliance, operations and financial matters while navigating the company through the new and ever-changing cannabis regulations.

Salvatore Gatto

Salvatore Gatto ,started in the medical cannabis industry in 2008 as the General Manager of LAXCC in Los Angeles where he acquired a huge network of industry leaders and helped nearly 400 medical patients per day. After becoming intrigued with cultivation and wanting to master the craft, Salvatore completed education programs from THC University and Cannabis Training.

 

Over the next decade he dedicated all of his time to becoming one of the best cultivators in the world, a genetics expert, and a pioneer for modern indoor cultivation. 

 

He has constructed, managed, and consulted on numerous indoor cultivation facilities in California, Arizona, Nevada, Michigan and Illinois, with over 500 harvests under his belt and is the breeder/creator of the strains “Chitown OG” (Kush Mints x 707 OG Kush), “Gelateria” (Gelato #33 Larry Bird x Ice Cream Cake), and “Sherb Syrup” (Thin Mint F2 x Cold Snap).  He is also a highly regarded speaker at cannabis roundtable events and is OSHA certified.
